Fees for Services

Cost efficiency is the name of the game for entrepreneurs.  Crowley Corporate Legal Strategy offers a variety of creative packages for the cost-conscious executive.  We work with you to develop a service offering that meets your company's individual needs and budget.

Pay As You Go

Basic legal services are provided to your business at our standard hourly rate, with a minimum initial retainer of $1,500.

Virtual General Counsel Package -- Unlimited Service

For the equivalent of a fraction of a billable hour per day, you can get any of a wide variety of legal services whenever you need it.  By paying a monthly service fee of $2,000, your company guarantees access and coverage of board meetings, customer and vendor negotiations, real estate lease review, drafting employee manuals -- any basic transactional service.  Major projects like acquisitions or venture rounds are obviously extra, but at a discounted hourly rate for users of the package.

This option gives you budgeting certainty.  The only extra charges are for costs -- copying charges, filing fees and other pre-agreed expenses.

Flat Fee Projects

Crowley Corporate Legal Strategy specializes in representing venture capital firms and other investors in corporate financings.  We perform these services on a flat-fee basis -- $30,000 for standard financing transactions.  Company-side financing transactions obviously require more work and more variables and are performed on a pay-as-you-go basis.

We also set up S corporations, C corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs) and limited partnerships for a flat fee of $2,000, plus filing fees. 

Rather than simply providing you incorporation templates to fill out like LegalZoom, we sit down with you, go through your business plan and figure out what the best model is for your business.  As part of the flat fee package, we also go the extra mile and set up buy-sell agreements to make sure your business partnerships end as happily as they start.  Thinking six chess moves out is our greatest value-add for our clients.
